Learning Walk (Y6 Maths)


Year 6 have been looking at rounding, estimating and approximation. They were asked by Miss Smith to decide if each number needed to be rounded to the nearest 10, 100, 1000, 10,000 or 100,000. Pupils were asked to discuss Maths in context, e.g bulk buying products and reason which would be the best amount to round to and why.
