2 Year Old Provision

Our Little Acorns provision is within the school building. We offer 15 hours of provision for pupils who are eligible as well as full-time paid places. 

Mrs Tucker and Miss Marshall are our room leaders. 

Our morning session is 8:30am until 11:30am 
Our afternoon session is 12:30pm until 3:30pm. 

If we have the space available we will invite your child to start Little Buds as soon as they turn 2 or as soon as a space becomes available. 

15 hours Free Child Care is available for 2 year olds depending on personal circumstance. 
Your 2-year-old can get free childcare if you live in England and get one of the following benefits:
- Income Support
- Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance (JSA)
- Income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
- Universal Credit, and your household income is £15,400 a year or less after tax, not including benefit payments
- Tax credits, and your household income is £16,190 a year or less before tax
- The guaranteed element of Pension Credit
- The Working Tax Credit 4-week run on (the payment you get when you stop qualifying for Working Tax Credit)

2-year-olds can also get free childcare if they:
- Are looked after by a local authority
- Have a statement of special education needs (SEN) or an education, health and care (EHC) plan
- Get Disability Living Allowance
- Have left care under an adoption order, special guardianship order or a child arrangements order

Working families are now eligible for 2-years-old funding, you will need for apply for a working families code at https://www.gov.uk/free-childcare-if-working/apply-for-free-childcare-if-youre-working

Please be aware that before your child can start in our provision, we will need confirmation from the Local Authority or your 15-hour code. If you are paying for your child’s provision, you will be given a payment log in with your new starter pack.
